About
Catherine Lee
MA, LPC– Associate
Supervised by Sarah Arnold, LPC-S
If you're feeling stuck in the weight of past experiences, overwhelmed by your emotions, or disconnected in your relationships, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this alone. I specialize in helping individuals ages 12 and up process trauma, regulate emotions, build strong relationships, and develop unshakable self-worth.
Using Polyvagal Theory, CBT, DBT, and Interpersonal Neurobiology, I’ll help you understand how your nervous system responds to stress, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical tools to manage emotions with greater ease. Healing isn’t just about revisiting the past—it’s about reshaping your present and creating a future that feels safe, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.
I know that facing trauma and emotional pain can feel overwhelming, but I also know that where you're at isn’t where you have to stay. As an authentic and compassionate therapist, I deeply value the trust we build together. My goal is to provide a judgment-free space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported on your journey toward healing and growth.

Good Faith Estimate No Surprises Act
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. Note: The PHSA and the GFE does not apply currently to any clients who are using insurance benefits including Out of Network Benefits (seeking reimbursement from your insurance companies). You have the right to receive a “good faith estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any nonemergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
