Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Considering therapy is a powerful step, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. Healing takes courage, time, and personal investment, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and truly supported as you work toward the life you deserve.

My Approach
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, and so is my approach. I draw from a blend of research-based modalities, including:
-
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) – Helping you reframe unhelpful thought patterns.
-
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) – Teaching emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
-
Polyvagal Theory & Interpersonal Neurobiology – Understanding how your nervous system affects your emotions and relationships.
-
IFS (Internal Family Systems) – Exploring the different parts of you and how they interact.
-
Mindfulness & Holistic Healing – Grounding you in the present and fostering self-compassion.
At the heart of it all, I believe in deep, relational therapy. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together—because true healing happens in connection.

Who I Work With
I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and emotional regulation. My work is trauma-informed, holistic, and tailored to your needs—whether you’re looking for strategies to manage stress, support in healing from the past, or guidance in navigating major life changes.
I offer a space where all identities and viewpoints are welcome. Therapy with me isn’t just about “fixing” problems—it’s about helping you create a life that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and authentically yours.

My Background
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Edward’s University and completed my internship at Austin State Hospital, working with individuals experiencing co-occurring severe mental illnesses. I have experience working with clients of all ages and spent nearly two years in a group practice setting, providing individual therapy, family sessions, group work, and parent support. It was here that I found my passion for working with teens and adults, helping them gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change.

A Little About Me
Outside of therapy, I spend my time with my husband, daughter, and our dog. I love going on walks, doing embroidery, and I’m an avid movie-watcher. While I’m a homebody at heart, I consider myself an ambivert—equal parts introvert and extrovert, depending on the day!
