For Individuals
$135
50 minute sessions

I am a firm believer in the importance of being with the right therapist for YOU. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations for you to get a better idea of who I am and what work we can accomplish together. In individual sessions, we can collaborate to set goals and together we can work to achieve these goals. Individual sessions are 50-minutes in duration. You have full control of the session. I will facilitate the conversation and ask questions but ultimately the session is focused around how I can support YOU. My sessions are person-centered, meaning that I aim to meet you where you are and support you to get to where you want to be. I offer sessions in-person on Thursday and Friday afternoons in Westlake. I also offer virtual sessions throughout the week.

For Parents
$155
50 minute sessions

Working with minors also entails working with parents. We do require parent check-in sessions when working with minors based on need. I offer parent sessions as frequently as needed to facilitate the work with your child. Together we will process your life experience as a parent and will facilitate conversations between you and your child. It is my policy to try to maintain your child’s confidentiality to the best of my ability and in doing so, will do my best to maintain the therapeutic relationship built between us. I am here to support you and give you the space needed to process and improve on your relationship with your child. I also provide parent support, and can support you through this role that requires so much of us. As a mom, I understand the demands of raising children and empathize greatly with the struggles that parenting entails. Together we can provide a space for you to feel supported.

For Families
$170
50 minute sessions

The family is a system. It is my belief that for effective change, the whole system must move together. Family sessions are facilitated conversations in which your family will learn how to communicate with one another in an effective way. These sessions are conducted as needed and as requested. I structure these with an agenda that we will follow to allow time to have an effective session. Some sessions may also include family games or activities. We will usually incorporate some breaks and allow time for regulation. My goal is to provide a safe place where everyone feels heard and understood while providing a model for how to have these conversations at home!

Private Pay Therapy

I am in network with Aetna and Cigna through Restored Family Counseling.

If you are not in network but would like to use your benefits, a superbill may be helpful!

We can provide a superbill upon request. But this is not a guarantee the superbill will be accepted by your insurance company. However, it is worth a try if you're interested!

Good Faith Estimate No Surprises Act

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. Note: The PHSA and the GFE does not apply currently to any clients who are using insurance benefits including Out of Network Benefits (seeking reimbursement from your insurance companies). You have the right to receive a “good faith estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any nonemergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
