What this website collects
- Inquiry form. When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you provide, plus the options you select. This is used only to respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
- Basic analytics. We may use privacy-respecting, cookie-light analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is not used to identify individual visitors.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and reliability.
What this website does not do
- No advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
- No selling or renting of your information.
- The contact form is not a secure or confidential channel. Please do not include detailed medical information in it.

You can email Catherine@bloomingmindsaustin.com at any time to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
